Bloor’s latest development in historic Kirtlington

South Midlands - 28/08/2008

Roman Place, our latest development in Oxfordshire is located off Gossway Fields on the southern edge of the picturesque village of Kirtlington. The site takes its name from a Roman Villa and Well that were discovered during preliminary archaeological investigations.

Situated about 10 miles North of Oxford on the B4095 between Woodstock and Bicester, Kirtlington is a quintessentially English village with two greens, thatched cottages and a pond with ducks and daffodils in the spring.

The new development, will comprise an attractive mix of two, three and four bedroom homes. As you would expect, the development has been meticulously planned to harmonise with its surroundings in this beautiful Oxfordshire location. As a result all properties will be of stone construction with a combination of plain tile and Cotswold Slate roofs.

Regional sales manager, Elaine Brown said, “Roman Place will undoubtedly be one of our most popular new developments and we’re all looking forward to the launch. With great access to both the M40, A34 and A44 and a railway station around two miles away at Tackley, the development will be perfect for anyone wishing to commute. Anyone placing an early reservation will benefit by being able to personalise their choice from our range of optional fixtures and fittings. We will also happy to discuss our move-easy Part Exchange option which is designed remove the stress of having to deal with a buying chain allowing you to stay in your existing home and move straight in to your new home when it’s ready !”
