Casper and Mariska Jonker and young son Stewart have recently part exchanged up to a brand new Westhorpe five bedroom detached home at our Drake’s Mere development at Hampton Hargate, Peterborough. What makes the move so special is that it only took two weeks from first contacting us to completion!
Until recently, the family had been living in March in Cambridgeshire but faced with a stressful daily journey to his workplace in Orton, Casper was determined to do something about it.
Speaking from her new home Mariska said, ‘My husband’s a dentist at a practice in Orton, just up the road from here but he hated the journey and just said to me one day, “we’ve got to move”. Our first step was to approach estate agents and were shown a number of houses around here and the one that really impressed me was the Westhorpe. Mrs Jonker was especially impressed with the help Bloor gave her by arranging the mortgage and solicitor too, ‘We were promised completion in 28 days. When I told my friends they all said it will never happen - but it actually completed and we had the keys to our new house in only 14 days!!
Mariska and Casper are both delighted with their new home.
‘We don’t like moving’, says Mariska ‘so we bought the biggest house we could afford. I love the fact that there’s tons of room in our new home with five great bedrooms, two en-suites as well as a family bathroom. And I hate clutter so all the storage space and built-in wardrobes really comes in useful. My husbands much happier now too – he can sleep an hour later’.
