Council Chairman welcomes new homes in Bourton

A new homes scheme that will bring additional benefits to the community in Bourton on the Water has been officially opened by Chairman of the Cotswold District Council, Cllr Sheila Jeffery. Cllr Jeffery performed the opening ceremony at our Bourton Chase development on the edge of Bourton on Saturday December 15.
The development will offer a range of two, three and four bedroom homes for sale and the company’s investment means that Bourton will also gain a significant number of affordable homes.
Cllr Jeffery, who has been ward councillor for Bourton on the Water for 13 years, said: “Bloor’s scheme will help bring homes where we desperately need them; it has been a number of years since development on any scale has taken place in Bourton. For the Cotswolds, this is a substantial number of new homes and because Bloor is building such a wide range of properties there will be something for everyone.”
With the opening of the show home by Cllr Jeffery, we have now started our sales at Bourton Chase, which is situated adjacent to the A429 Fosseway, on Meadow Way. We are offering a range of two, three and four bedroom homes for sale.
