A £99 step onto the property ladder at Rudgeway Fields

One of the biggest hurdles first-time buyers have to face is the amount of money they need to lay out before they can even think about moving into their new home and making their first mortgage payment.  The cost of the deposit and various professional fees normally all have to be found up front but we are offering a deal at Rudgeway Fields in Tewkesbury which could mean that buyers can move in for just £99.

The £99 is the cost of the reservation fee on a two-bedroom apartment at Rudgeway Fields.  After that, the company will pay a 5% deposit, Stamp Duty, solicitors’ costs up to £750, a mortgage arrangement fee up to £995 and a survey fee of £315.   Sales adviser Sally Holt says:  “The only thing we stipulate for purchasers to qualify for this move-in package is that they use our nominated conveyancing solicitors and mortgage arrangement company.  It is a deal that is particularly helpful for first-time buyers who often don’t realise how much money they have to find to proceed with a purchase.  As the apartments come with a full range of kitchen appliances and are fully carpeted, this package means they will have a minimum initial outlay.” 

The apartments currently available include two with garage at £147,950 with the remainder, which have parking spaces, priced at £145,950.  All have two bedrooms and there is a choice between three styles of layout.

One design has a dual aspect living/dining room, with an open-plan kitchen.   Slightly larger is a layout which offers a dual aspect living/dining room with the kitchen opening off to one side or an L-shaped living dining room with the kitchen opening off the dining area.  Both of these designs also have en-suite shower rooms to the main bedroom.

Kitchen appliances include a single oven, gas hob and chimney hood plus a built-in washer/dryer.  The kitchens have Karndean flooring, with carpet fitted throughout the rest of the apartment.
