With the opening of the show home at Forest Edge in Drybrook, we are putting our style on display for the first time in the Forest of Dean. The four-bedroom Melksham gives us the opportunity to demonstrate both the quality of build and the standard of specification that has already led to the success of our other developments in other parts of Gloucestershire.

The Melksham is one of four styles of four-bedroom home available at Forest Edge. The accommodation in the Melksham is well planned for family living. Double doors lead from the hall into a dual aspect living room, which has patio doors opening onto the garden. There is a good-sized dining room and the well-fitted kitchen has a large family breakfast area with space for a full sized table and chairs. Off the kitchen, there is a fitted utility room with an external door. Three of the bedrooms are doubles with an en-suite shower room to the main bedroom and the family bathroom has both a bath and a shower enclosure. Prices for the four-bedroom homes at Forest Edge range from £274,950 to £293,950. Within this price, the specification includes fully fitted kitchens with a range style electric oven and gas hob with a Luxair stainless steel chimney hood. Downlighters are fitted in the kitchens, bathrooms and en-suites and the en-suite shower rooms and bathrooms have Porcelanosa half-height glazed tiling. All main bedrooms have sliding door built in wardrobes, and these are also fitted in other bedrooms according to the house type.
