Bloor Homes offers good news on mortgage payments

Although there has not been a lot of good news about mortgages recently, we are offering a special deal on selected plots at our Rudgeway Fields development in Tewkesbury that will save the purchasers £500 a month in mortgage payments for the first year.
The offer is available on selected plots, including three-storey, three bedroom homes priced between £210,950 and £212,950. Sales adviser Sally Holt says: “Recent rises in mortgage rates and the generally negative comments that have been made about the market may be making some people re-think their plans about moving and increasing their mortgage payments in the near future. Two of the designs available with the mortgage offer are the Royal and the Courtier.
