Bloor Homes is offering exclusive deals for summer time buyers who reserve a home at its new Cardinal Grange development in North Hykeham.

Savvy househunters who reserve one of the offplan plots before 31st August deadline will benefit from one of our summertime deals. Purchasers can choose from either £10,000 cashback - to add some extra funds to help pay for the legal fee’s, removals or new furniture. Or instead they could opt to potentially part exchange their existing home and thereby cut out the hassle of trying to find a buyer.

The deals, designed to help purchasers looking to buy over the summer months are already proving popular with purchasers many of whom felt forced to choose between buying a new home and going on a summer holiday.

Marjorie Gregory our sales director said: “The summer is always a traditionally quiet time in the residential property market; as peak holiday season and with the children off school, housebuying is often the furthest thing from people’s minds. We have designed these deals to make it easier for those who are weighing up the pro’s and cons of a summer time house purchase, but they’ll need to move fast - the offers only apply to reservations made in the month of August.”

Properties at Cardinal Grange are now available to buy off plan. The first release includes three and four bedroom homes priced from £164,950. The homes have been designed specifically for the local market and are geared towards young families and second time buyers.

Currently available are the three bedroom semi detached ‘Bramwell’ housetype with a single garage priced from £164,950, the detached three bedroom ‘Ashbury’ with single garage priced from £184,950. The four bedroom detached ‘Shawford’ with single garage from £294,950 and the six bedroom detached ‘Worsley’ with tandem garage priced from £299,950.

Each of the homes have been designed with space and layout in mind as we pride ourselves on an immaculate level of attention to detail to give the buyer exactly what they want. At Cardinal Grange this can be seen in the specification which is noticeably higher than competing developments in the area.

The kitchens include high quality worktops and units from Nobilia, with wall and floor tiling from Porcelanosa, Neff appliances are incorporated including an oven, gas hob, chimney hood and integrated under counter fridge.
