Date: 02/08/2007
Region: Western
We have announced prices for the first release of new homes at our Forest Edge development in Drybrook. Following on from a number of successful developments throughout Gloucestershire, this is our first development in the Forest of Dean. We are making our Forest debut with Forest Edge, a small development of bungalows and traditional four-bedroom detached family homes.
There are two bungalows priced at £209,950 with the rest of the development offering a choice of four-bedroom family homes ranging in price from £259,950 to £297,950. Sales adviser Diane Barbierato will be welcoming visitors to Forest Edge and she says: “New-build bungalows are quite rare and they are always popular, so we are expecting some very early interest in these. The remaining properties offer an excellent choice of well-designed family homes with a first-class specification.”
The two spacious bungalows offer a large living/dining room, a well-fitted kitchen with a breakfast area and two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. Both have garages. The range of family homes extends to five different four-bedroom designs, all with spacious living rooms, separate dining rooms, utility rooms and en-suite shower rooms. The Kenilworth and Haresfield also have a study.
Forest Edge is a small development situated off Morman Close in the heart of Drybrook , which is approximately 14 miles from Gloucester via the A40 withaccess to the M50 around 8 miles away at Ross-on-Wye. The sales office is open daily from 10.00am to 5.15pm and can be contacted on 07709 330252.
