Build underway at premier Lincoln development

We have begun building our first ever Lincoln housing scheme in North Hykeham. The first phase of Cardinal Grange, which comprises 158 homes, is well under way, and a planning application for its second phase of another 125 homes has been submitted.
We have already completed two schemes in the county in Grimsby and Scunthorpe but Cardinal Grange is its first for the city. As such, it is generating a lot of interest from local residents looking to upgrade, downsize or invest in a second property from the reputable house builder.
We are relatively unknown in Lincoln, but our successful and prestigious record for care and attention in its luxury apartments and family houses has created a stir in the local market from a cross section of both first time and executive purchasers.
This development is significantly contributing to Lincolnshire county council’s target to build 265 new homes a year. Further inward investment is expected with the local development plan indicating North Hykeham as a serious growth area for the district.

Cardinal Grange is one of five new sites launching this year as part of its active plans to increase its stake in the buoyant East Midlands new homes market where the company’s sales figures are at their most consistent.
We had a particularly momentous 2006, achieving sell out status across eight sites and selling over 250 homes during the course of the year. It has several schemes in the East Midlands area, ranging from a niche development of large executive family homes in Nottinghamshire to an extensive redevelopment of the former railway sidings in Wakefield.
We are aiming to increase the number of new homes it builds annually to 500, stretching from Ashby de la Zouch in Leicestershire to Barnsley in Yorkshire.
