The process of buying a brand new home is not the same as buying a

Once you've chosen your new home, the first step is to reserve it.
Once we receive your reservation form and deposit we will withdraw
your home from the market for a stated period of time giving you
ample opportunity to reach exchange of contracts. We guarantee
that we will not alter the agreed price of your chosen home
during this initial period.
