New home warranty
When you purchase a new home from Bloor Homes, you can be confident that it has been constructed to our exacting standards. As a result it comes complete with a 10 year* Warranty from either the NHBC (National Housebuilding Council) or Zurich Municipal.
The warranties are similar in nature and both provide a guarantee that runs for a 10-year period* to cover you against any major structural damage to your home. For the first two of these ten years, the Bloor Customer Care Department will be on hand to assist you with any issues that you may have with your new home.
* The NHBC & Zurich guarantees run for an 8 year period on properties in refurbished buildings.
