Bloor Homes Southern Region require experienced full and part time Sales Advisors for their new developments in the Isle of Sheppey and Frome

The successful applicant will be passionate about their job, flexible, and have an outgoing, self-motivated personality.

As one of the UK's largest privately owned housebuilders, Bloor Homes pride themselves on their friendly team of sales professionals.

The role will involve demonstrating the unique selling points of the Bloor Homes product, successfully closing the sale to the benefit of both the purchaser and the company and progressing the sale to completion. We would expect an up to date knowledge of the current mortgage market and all other new homes related products and aspects.

Prior experience of selling within the applicable areas would be useful.
