Bloor Homes are one of the largest privately - owned house builders in the UK. We have an immediate requirement for experienced Land Manager to make a significant contribution to the development of the land profile for our South Midlands region.

Whilst the emphasis of the role will be to assist in determining, and to implement a strategy for the securing of short to medium term land opportunities. The successful candidate will take individual responsibility for the entire procurement process, including sourcing, financial and planning appraisal, progressing to final purchase and liaison with all relevant disciplines through the planning, and ultimately, to the construction phase.

The right candidate must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in identifying land opportunities within the house-building sector through the cultivation of a network of sources as well as a current and concise knowledge of the strategic planning and local authority development control criteria.
