Bloor Homes South Midlands Region require an experienced Sales Advisor to cover their busy current developments.
The successful candidates will be self motivated, possess a confident and outgoing personality, be a team player with excellent communication and customer service skills and have the ability to work on their own initiative.
Ideally, you will have experience gained from working within the new homes sales industry and have had responsibility for managing the sales process from dealing with initial enquiries through to legal completion.
You will need to be flexible as days of work will include working weekends and willing to travel as this position will initially involve covering various locations throughout the South Midlands Region.
